Role Overview: We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Professional Services to lead our services organization, driving customer success and scaling our digital process automation platform.

Location: Remote, United States

Key Responsibilities:

• Define professional services strategy and roadmap
• Lead team development and operational excellence
• Integrate AI-driven tools to enhance customer experience
• Manage end-to-end project delivery
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
• Own professional services P&L and forecasting
• Develop scalable service offerings

Qualifications:

• 10+ years professional services experience in SaaS
• 5+ years senior leadership experience
• Proven success scaling services organization
• Expertise in service offering design
• Strong project delivery methodology knowledge
• Advanced AI integration skills
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPM preferred)
• Experience managing $1M+ annual services revenue
