Role Overview: The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will develop, maintain, and execute automated tests to ensure software quality and functionality while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create robust testing frameworks and drive continuous improvement in testing processes.

Location: Hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in Atlanta office (1155 Perimeter Center W).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit for web applications
• Integrate automated tests into continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines
• Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to ensure software functionality and stability
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to create detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements
• Mentor QA Analysts providing guidance and training in automation test execution and development
• Develop and execute performance and load tests to ensure applications handle expected user loads

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing with 2+ years focused on automation
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Experience with test automation tools including Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, particularly SAFe framework
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured and database testing with SQL
