Role Overview: Lead and scale the Revenue Operations organization to drive bookings growth, enhance sales effectiveness, and ensure operational excellence across the revenue lifecycle. This executive role requires hands-on leadership with deep enterprise SaaS experience and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale Revenue Operations function, aligning strategy, execution, and analytics to accelerate revenue growth
  • Oversee integrated operational teams including Proposal Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Order Management, and Renewals
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Product, and Customer Success teams for cross-functional alignment
  • Own and evolve revenue technology stack including Salesforce, CPQ, and Clari to support scalable sales execution
  • Develop data-driven insights and dashboards for revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and sales productivity
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and best practices
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing Revenue Operations leadership team

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience with 5+ years in senior leadership role at high-growth B2B SaaS organization
  • Proven ability to scale cross-functional operational teams in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue lifecycle including sales enablement, forecasting, deal structuring, and renewals
  • Expertise in enterprise software sales go-to-market strategy and execution
  • Strong analytical experience in business intelligence, financial modeling, and performance management
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and RevOps tools including CPQ, Clari, and Gainsight
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits: $230,000-$275,000 annually plus commission eligibility Medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, health savings account, flexible spending account
