Role Overview:
The Technical Product Owner 2 will oversee project execution across multiple teams driving cloud team roadmap realization, collaborate with engineering teams to ensure adherence to infrastructure and security best practices, and collect key performance indicators for presentation to senior leadership.
Location:
Remote-first position with globally distributed workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary owner of product backlog for 1-2 teams and contribute to enterprise roadmap creation
- Prioritize backlog needs managing scope, budget, and time constraints at enterprise level on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Drive products from discovery phase to release while accurately assessing opportunities and risks
- Obtain stakeholder buy-in on major decisions and provide clear instructions and deliverables for engineers
- Define, refine, and report key performance indicators for software teams to provide clarity on productivity and technical health
- Lead agile ceremonies and organize workshops with product users and development teams
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience leading platform engineers through successful product deliveries in Agile environment
- Proven skills in measuring software engineering key performance indicators
- Experience with global engineering teams, particularly in India, North America, and Europe
- Strong communication skills for interacting with internal organizations, executives, and business customer groups
- Proficiency with Jira and ability to introduce new tools and practices
- Certified Scrum Professional or Certified Scrum Master certification preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
$82,000 - $87,000 annually
