Role Overview:
Join the City Performance team within Global Operations to lead strategic projects directly impacting Via's transit operations. Drive continuous improvement through financial analysis, process optimization, and product development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Location:
New York City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operations and financial targets while developing strategies to achieve them
- Analyze operational data to inform strategic decisions and report on performance metrics
- Contribute to internal and consumer-facing product development to optimize performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with executive leaders across Product, Partner Success, Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams
- Execute proposals to maximize efficiency and performance of Via's products and services
- Manage new product feature rollouts and analysis in partnership with product managers and engineers
- Coordinate with Partner Operations teams, finance, data science, and senior management to achieve long-term objectives
- Develop and manage external partnerships to support growth and operational objectives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience at high-growth startup, established technology company, consulting firm, or financial services
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Python
- Proven ability to manage large, complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion
- Experience developing data-supported strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree with demonstrated academic and professional achievement
- Ability to mentor and manage Associate and Associate Principal team members
- MBA preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
$120,000-$160,000 annually
