Role Overview: Lead regional sales efforts across public and private sectors to build sustainable, technology-enabled mobility frameworks. Identify opportunities and generate new business in assigned territory while carrying revenue quota responsibilities.

Location: Regional territory-based in Los Angeles; Arizona; San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective partners and build revenue-generating relationships with elected officials and private-sector leaders
  • Lead full-cycle sales execution and strategy across assigned territory to improve transit services
  • Navigate complex buying landscapes using analytical skills to build compelling, data-driven business cases
  • Serve as thought partner to prospects by consulting on regional transit plans and funding mechanisms
  • Champion company mission as regional representative through marketing campaigns, conference speaking, and thought leadership
  • Develop strategic relationships with diverse group of clients across multiple verticals

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years client-facing experience in Sales, Business Development, or Consulting with proven achievement record
  • Strong consultative sales process skills with ability to use data for compelling narrative development
  • Research and analytical abilities for complex problem-solving in new environments
  • Excellent communication skills for customer conversations, presentations, and written proposals
  • Commercial intuition and judgment for maximizing deal value through strategic negotiations
  • Self-motivated growth mentality with ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
