Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic Sales Director to drive business development and adoption of our innovative curb management solutions across municipalities and airports.

Location: Remote or Los Angeles 25% national travel required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage comprehensive sales funnel
  • Generate and negotiate business proposals
  • Execute commercial strategy
  • Develop relationships with government stakeholders
  • Partner with Client Success team
  • Close complex deals across multiple decision-makers

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years selling to government agencies or regulated enterprises
  • Proven track record of closing complex multi-stakeholder deals
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Consultative selling expertise
  • Strong growth mindset
  • Ability to navigate policy and legislative landscapes

Preferred Skills:

  • Urban mobility or transportation technology experience
  • Curb management or fleet operations knowledge
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Public-private partnership understanding

Compensation: Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 Total On-Target Earnings: $225,000 - $275,000
