Authorium - Senior Product Manager

Role Overview:
Strategic partner to CEO and Head of Product in shaping product offerings and creating product strategy. Own and deliver on product roadmap while working closely with engineering, QA, and customer success teams to achieve business objectives.
Location:
Remote position with home office stipend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead definition and execution of product roadmap supporting complex document-centric workflows
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Write user stories using agile approach and manage scrum ceremonies as product owner
- Define and track key performance indicators and metrics to measure product success
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams on pipeline enablement and customer retention
- Work with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features from concept through launch
Qualifications:
- 5+ years product management experience with SaaS-based enterprise software, preferably in regulated industries
- Experience serving as product owner for scrum teams in matrixed organizations
- Superior strategic and analytical skills with ability to develop clear recommendations
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record delivering results that impact critical business metrics
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related technical discipline preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements such as FedRAMP and WCAG preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
$145,000-$155,000
