Role Overview:
Support development and employee experience initiatives through strategic learning program execution, AI tool integration, and change management communication. Build culture of continuous learning through innovative program design and technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and deliver learning pathways using platforms like LinkedIn Learning aligned to business capability needs
- Design and facilitate training programs for managers and employees with measurable, accessible content
- Support integration of AI tools to streamline learning operations and personalize content delivery
- Develop communication plans supporting learning initiatives and change management efforts
- Contribute to learning and culture strategy development through process design and implementation
- Track and report on learning program effectiveness using defined KPIs for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR enablement
- Familiarity with AI tools and application in HR or learning environments
- Experience with digital learning platforms including content curation and campaign execution
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for change management support
- Project management abilities with cross-functional collaboration experience
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring learning outcomes
Compensation & Benefits:
$115,000-$135,000 annually plus commission eligibility
