Role Overview:
You will work directly with customers to assist their digital transformation journeys as a certified SimpliGov expert. This involves helping customers collect business requirements, designing and configuring automated workflows, and guiding project teams on best practices. You'll teach customers how to design and configure their own workflows while mentoring staff through their first steps in digital transformation, and work with customer IT teams on security, integrations, and reporting needs.
Location:
Florida, near Miami area (primarily remote, travel may be required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to assist their digital transformation journeys
- Help customers efficiently collect business requirements before designing and configuring automated workflows for release
- Guide customer project teams on best practices and mentor staff through digital transformation steps
- Teach customers how to design and configure their own workflows
- Work with customer IT teams on project needs around security, integrations, and reporting
- Understand and dissect existing manual business processes and transform them into automated workflows
- Work alongside Solutions Consultants, Trainers, Project and Customer Success Managers to exceed customer needs
- Manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously with varying lengths, business cases, and complexity
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and delivery team members to deliver high-quality projects
Qualifications:
- 2+ years hands-on SaaS application experience, with preference for customer-facing software implementation roles
- Experience with web design, cascading style sheets (CSS), and usability best practices
- Experience with PowerBI, Microsoft Azure, relational and NoSQL databases, SQL querying
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python etc.), JIRA, automation, Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in customer-facing role
- Good understanding of SaaS, enterprise IT landscape, REST APIs, and SQL
- Strong work ethic with "sense of urgency" for resolving critical issues and time-sensitive deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication, listening and organizational skills
- Problem-solver who takes responsibility, demonstrates personal integrity, and effectively deals with difficult/ambiguous situations
- Creative ability to understand and transform manual business processes into automated workflows
Compensation & Benefits:
$80,000 - $100,000 base salary + commissions, bonus accelerators and reasonable targets
