Role Overview:
You will work with existing accounts to accelerate adoption of SimpliGov technology, working directly with customers through multiple mediums to proactively deepen how they think about and engage with SimpliGov products. You'll support Customer Success and Account Managers while reporting to the Director of Customer Success, becoming an expert with the SimpliGov solution from both sales and technical perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Become expert in SimpliGov technology and customer use cases to help customers fully utilize the platform, including answering deep technical questions, demonstrating the product, and crafting solutions as needed
- Accelerate adoption by utilizing data and platform knowledge to plan and execute customer interactions (training, e-learning, webinars, specialized programs, in-person SimpliGov workshops, etc.)
- Help identify key areas of opportunity for upsells and professional services
- Assist Customer Success Managers and Account Managers with customer strategic plans
- Serve as voice for the customer in product development
- Meet or exceed targets for customer adoption
- Provide clear and concise reporting back to management
- Use variety of skills including problem-solving, data analysis, program development, and creativity to enhance customers' journey and adoption
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or at least 3+ years SaaS adoption consultant experience (solution consulting), with focus on public sector sales at state and local level
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge of Content Services Platforms (CSP) and/or Intelligent Process Management (IPM), particularly in workflow automation and forms management
- Warm but goal-oriented mentality with strong desire to be successful
- Self-motivated, resilient, and confident with proactive approach to growing adoption
- Ability to develop relationships and work with variety of audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Enthusiasm about working in startup environment and contributing to digital transformation of public sector
Compensation & Benefits:
$80,000 - $100,000 base salary + bonus + commissions and bonus accelerators
