About Verra Mobility: Verra Mobility develops technology-enabled solutions for smart mobility, working with police departments and municipalities to operate over 4,000 red-light, speed, and school bus stop arm safety cameras across North America while serving commercial fleets with tolling management systems.

Role Overview: The Solution Architect will lead complex enterprise transformation projects including on-premises to Azure cloud migration, disaster recovery implementation, and end-to-end infrastructure solutions. This role requires expertise in Azure Government Cloud and public sector compliance requirements.

Location: Arizona-based position requiring 2 days per week in Mesa, Arizona office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Azure cloud architectures for enterprise applications built on .NET and Oracle, ensuring government standards compliance
• Lead on-premises to Azure cloud migration strategies including assessment, planning, execution, and optimization phases
• Architect end-to-end infrastructure solutions with focus on high availability and disaster recovery for mission-critical systems
• Develop and optimize database and data warehouse solutions on Azure, integrating Oracle and other data platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions meeting business and regulatory requirements
• Establish architecture policies and best practices around Azure Government Cloud, data privacy, and IT compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in enterprise IT with 5+ years as solution architect on Azure cloud projects
• Proven success in on-premises to Azure cloud migration including legacy .NET and Oracle workloads
• Strong expertise in Azure services including Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, Azure Active Directory, and Data Warehouse
• Experience with Azure Government Cloud and understanding of public sector compliance and security requirements
• Successful completion of Nlets fingerprinting background assessment
