Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic Senior Solution Advisor to lead presales engagements, delivering compelling demonstrations that help public agencies visualize technological transformation.

Location: Remote-first, globally distributed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver "Art of the Possible" and Vision Demonstrations
• Conduct discovery to understand agency needs
• Collaborate with account executives on opportunity strategy
• Adapt messaging for different stakeholder roles
• Translate product capabilities into outcome-based narratives
• Track and share customer insights
• Support demo asset creation
• Mentor Associate Solution Advisors

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years presales or solution consulting experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex ideas
• Collaborative mindset
• Salesforce or CRM platform experience
• Understanding of public sector challenges
• Mission-driven approach

Preferred Skills:

• Public sector technology background
• Experience with SaaS solutions
• Ability to influence without direct authority

Compensation: Base Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
