Euna Solutions - Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Role Overview: Build, maintain, and scale highly reliable and observable systems while driving Infrastructure as Code strategy and optimizing CI/CD pipelines. Lead incident management, performance optimization, and ensure service resilience through automation and data-driven insights.

Location: Hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in Atlanta, GA office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code configurations for cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Design, implement, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
  • Establish comprehensive observability practices focusing on metrics, logs, and traces using monitoring solutions
  • Lead high-severity incident responses with focus on rapid resolution and root cause analysis
  • Define and monitor Service Level Objectives and Service Level Indicators to ensure service quality
  • Participate in on-call rotations and act as escalation point for critical incidents
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and implement actionable improvements to prevent future issues

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience as Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role focused on system reliability
  • Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code principles with hands-on Terraform experience
  • Proven track record designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
  • Extensive experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, or ELK stack
  • Strong understanding of SRE principles including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and toil reduction
  • Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Go, Bash, and PowerShell
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • Cloud platform certifications preferred
