Role Overview:
Serve as primary relationship manager for transit partners, developing strategic guidance on operational and product issues while identifying opportunities for service expansion and revenue growth. Act as trusted advisor to partners and internal advocate for new capabilities.
Location: New York City; Atlanta; Miami.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic vision for partners by assessing strengths and weaknesses to help achieve operational goals
- Build long-term relationships with partners by identifying pain points and providing actionable solutions
- Analyze service performance data to provide recommendations that improve quality, efficiency, and growth
- Negotiate contract renewals and service expansions to increase year-over-year partnership revenue
- Serve as internal advocate for partners to champion new products and service capabilities
Qualifications:
- 6+ years relevant work experience including client-facing roles
- Strong relationship building skills with ability to remain composed during challenging situations
- Data analysis capabilities with ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable recommendations
- Self-motivated with growth mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Collaborative approach with mentoring capabilities and team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits:
$125,000-$165,000 annually
