Role Overview: Serve as primary relationship manager for government transit partners, building strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth. Act as trusted advisor to city and agency leaders while advocating internally for partner needs and service expansion opportunities.

Location: New York City; Atlanta; Miami

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact for city and agency leaders owning success of Via-powered transportation systems
  • Build long-term relationships by identifying challenges, offering solutions, and supporting partner strategic goals
  • Guide strategic planning and execution to ensure partnerships deliver measurable impact and operate effectively
  • Analyze service data to provide actionable insights on mobility, equity, and sustainability for informed decision-making
  • Drive revenue growth through renewals, expansion opportunities, and negotiating complex multi-year agreements

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years client-facing experience in consulting, customer success, or high-growth company environment
  • Experience managing politically sensitive situations with government stakeholders
  • Strong analytical abilities with data interpretation and synthesis skills
  • Self-motivated with growth mentality and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Leadership experience with desire for rapid professional growth
  • Team-oriented approach with mentoring capabilities and collaborative mindset

Compensation & Benefits: $125,000-$165,000 annually Comprehensive benefits including medical plans and 401K matching
