Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic Senior Segment Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns for our Government Experience Cloud, targeting key North American local government segments.

Location: Remote-first, globally distributed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Create targeted programs across events, webinars, digital media
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership
  • Manage paid media and channel partner relationships
  • Oversee Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and optimize campaign strategies
  • Report performance metrics to executive leadership

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years marketing experience
  • 5+ years B2G marketing (state/local government focus)
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter
  • Remote work adaptability

Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 Benefits include:
