Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic Senior Segment Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns for our Government Experience Cloud, targeting key North American local government segments.
Location:
Remote-first, globally distributed
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies
- Create targeted programs across events, webinars, digital media
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership
- Manage paid media and channel partner relationships
- Oversee Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
- Monitor market trends and optimize campaign strategies
- Report performance metrics to executive leadership
Qualifications:
- 8+ years marketing experience
- 5+ years B2G marketing (state/local government focus)
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth
- Advanced proficiency in marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo)
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Entrepreneurial self-starter
- Remote work adaptability

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
