Role Overview: The Senior Manager of Marketing Operations & Analytics will be instrumental in evolving Go-To-Market operations infrastructure and ensuring growth targets are met with data-driven strategies. This role involves optimizing the martech stack, owning marketing analytics, and driving automation adoption across revenue-focused teams while supporting post-sales customer engagement functions.

Location: Remote position, US-based roles only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily marketing operations management while strategically contributing to revenue operations infrastructure evolution
  • Own marketing analytics and reporting across enterprise, public safety, and brand initiatives with comprehensive dashboards and ROI analysis
  • Drive systems integrations and optimization, serving as primary owner of Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot) and Salesforce integration
  • Assess and implement automation and AI solutions to improve efficiency and performance across GTM operations
  • Partner with Revenue Marketing to own martech stack optimization and manage new technology setup and integration

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in Marketing Operations with Customer Success Operations experience preferred
  • Required experience scaling marketing operations in high-growth, venture-backed B2B SaaS or technology companies
  • Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gainsight including technical platform management
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proven track record using data for strategic decision-making and comprehensive reporting
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing and customer lifecycle including lead management, onboarding, adoption, and retention
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits: $140,000 - $160,000 annually plus equity options Competitive salary, benefits, and equity participation in dynamic startup environment.
