Role Overview: You will reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and set up meetings to demonstrate the benefits of our software as a motivated Sales Development Representative. SDRs are vital in building rapport with new customers and uncovering their unique needs, with training and support provided to help develop your sales skills. We love to promote from within, offering a clear path to advance to an Account Executive role for those interested in growing within the company and building a career in software sales.

Location: On-site in Logan, Utah office (Monday through Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 75 outbound calls daily to potential customers
  • Schedule demos to pass on to Account Executives
  • Follow up on leads and engage prospects
  • Understand client needs, identify sales opportunities, and explain services clearly while providing additional information via email
  • Maintain and update CRM with client information
  • Proactively generate new opportunities and seek guidance in unfamiliar situations

Qualifications:

  • Excited to grow and build a career in sales
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to engage new clients proactively via email and phone
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High sense of urgency with flexibility to adapt in any conversation
  • CRM (Pipedrive) experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits: $16 - $18 base pay + $10-$20 bonus for each qualified demo-set + 20% commission on Annual Recurring Revenue Full time (40 hours/week preferred) or part time (30 hours minimum) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid maternity and paternity leave after 12 months, Roth IRA contribution matching program, and free snacks & drinks.
