We have over 800 customers nationwide and are growing, helping local governments transform communication with their residents.

Role Overview: You will own the full sales cycle from cold call to close, serving as the go-to expert for helping local governments transform communication. This role involves making 60-90 daily calls to cities and counties, setting up virtual demos, and closing deals with decision-makers while running Zoom demos that showcase our platform's capabilities. You'll receive real coaching, real opportunity, and real growth with clear promotion paths to Senior AE and leadership roles.

Location: In-office only in Logan, Utah

Key Responsibilities:

• Own complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with local government decision-makers
• Make 60-90 daily calls to cities and counties to generate leads and opportunities
• Set up and conduct virtual demos showcasing platform capabilities
• Run compelling Zoom demos that demonstrate the value of automated government texting
• Use Pipedrive CRM to stay organized and track KPIs
• Collaborate with experienced sales leaders invested in your success
• Close deals and build relationships with government officials

Qualifications:

• Experience with cold calling or outbound sales
• Confident on Zoom with ability to run effective demos
• CRM experience preferred (we use Pipedrive)
• Eager, coachable, and ready to grow professionally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Competitive, resilient, and energized by hitting goals

Compensation & Benefits: $65,000 - $80,000 first year, $80,000 - $100,000 second year 40% commission on all closed ARR + $15-$20/hour base pay (uncapped commissions), top-performer bonuses Health, dental, vision & life insurance, Roth IRA with matching program, paid maternity & paternity leave (after 12 months), and free snacks & drinks. Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM or 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.
