Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to drive business growth by prospecting and developing new opportunities in the small-medium government market.

Location: Remote-first, with up to 25% travel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute new business prospecting plan
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Qualify client needs and align solution value
  • Conduct product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with extended sales team
  • Track sales activities in Salesforce

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of consultative sales experience
  • Proven success in prospecting and closing opportunities
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology sales
  • Ability to work in committee-driven environments
  • Thrives in fast-paced settings

Compensation: Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
