Role Overview: We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our platform's adoption among public safety agencies, serving as a trusted advisor and solution architect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sales plans for key accounts
  • Build and maintain director-level relationships
  • Drive revenue growth through new and existing client engagement
  • Create compelling value propositions
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Provide accurate business forecasting

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of software/SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record managing strategic accounts
  • Strong technical orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with long sales cycles
