Role Overview: We are seeking an early-career Product Support and Operations Specialist to support our transportation partners, providing critical technical assistance and operational support.

Location: New York Office Starting first week of October

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality technical support to partners
  • Resolve operational issues efficiently
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams
  • Identify product improvement opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with transportation partners
  • Learn and apply complex technical workflows

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years work experience (including internships)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit

Preferred Skills:

  • Technical support experience
  • Multilingual (Spanish, Arabic, French, etc.)
  • Creative approach to problem-solving
