Verra Mobility - Photo Enforcement Processor

Verra Mobility develops technology-enabled solutions for smart mobility, operating over 4,000 red-light, speed, and school bus stop arm safety cameras across North America while serving commercial fleets and rental car companies with tolling management systems.
Role Overview:
The Photo Enforcement Processor will review and process photo enforcement events through clerical and data entry tasks, requiring strong attention to detail and adherence to client-specific procedures and quality standards.
Location:
Office-based position reporting to Operations Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, assess, and perform data entry tasks for photo enforcement program events using web-based tools
- Align processing determinations and escalated actions to written instructions that are client-specific
- Adapt processing behaviors based on feedback and documentation changes
- Achieve production and quality goals as assigned by Processing Department
- Utilize computer skills to access and interpret performance reporting
- Complete various office and clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to determine appropriate communication methods
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines in productivity-driven environment
- Familiarity with basic computer skills including Outlook, Teams, and web browsers
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Successful completion of Nlets fingerprinting background assessment
