Role Overview:
Serve as primary relationship manager for transit partners, building strategic partnerships that drive long-term revenue growth. Act as trusted advisor to government agencies while advocating internally for partner needs and service expansion opportunities.
Location:
New York City; Atlanta; Miami with frequent travel requirements for face-to-face partner meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic vision for transit partners by assessing operational strengths and identifying growth opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with government partners by identifying pain points and providing actionable solutions
- Analyze service performance data to provide partners with recommendations that improve quality, efficiency, and growth
- Negotiate contract renewals and service expansions to increase year-over-year partnership revenue
- Serve as internal advocate for partners by championing new products and capabilities
Qualifications:
- 6+ years relevant work experience including client-facing roles
- Strong relationship building skills with ability to remain composed during challenging situations
- Data analysis capabilities with ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable recommendations
- Self-motivated with growth mentality and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Team-oriented approach with mentoring capabilities and collaborative mindset
- Comfortable with frequent travel for partner engagement
Compensation & Benefits:
$125,000-$165,000 annually
