Role Overview:
Serve as primary relationship manager for transit partners, building strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth. Act as trusted advisor to government executives while advocating internally for partner needs and service expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own success of transportation systems in partner cities as primary contact for executive leadership
- Serve as trusted advisor to convert community transportation needs into revenue opportunities
- Build long-term relationships by identifying partner pain points and providing actionable solutions
- Analyze service performance data to provide recommendations that improve quality and efficiency
- Negotiate multi-year contract renewals and service expansions to increase partnership revenue
Qualifications:
- 4+ years relevant work experience including client-facing roles in consulting or customer success
- Experience managing politically sensitive situations with government stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities with data interpretation and synthesis skills
- Self-motivated with growth mentality and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Team-oriented approach with mentoring capabilities and collaborative mindset
Compensation & Benefits:
$85,000-$110,000 annually
