About Verra Mobility: Verra Mobility operates smart mobility solutions including traffic safety cameras and tolling systems for government agencies across North America. The company manages over 4,000 red-light, speed, and school bus safety cameras in more than 200 jurisdictions.

Role Overview: Support 24/7 remote technical operations for roadside monitoring and enforcement systems serving government clients across the United States and Canada. Ensure traffic enforcement devices remain operational and maintain peak efficiency through troubleshooting and monitoring activities.

Location: Remote operations center supporting sites across US and Canada with rotating shift coverage including on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot red-light cameras, speed enforcement, and roadside network devices remotely
• Review captured images and video from enforcement locations to ensure equipment functionality and image quality
• Coordinate with support teams on technical verifications, downtime reporting, and equipment tracking
• Maintain accurate documentation and databases for all operational activities and client records
• Manage trouble tickets through resolution including work order administration and follow-up activities
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific procedures and Service Level Agreements
• Work rotating shifts in 24x7x365 operational environment with on-call coverage requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field with 2+ years operations experience
• Experience with network troubleshooting and remote system management
• Knowledge of data management and information technologies
• Ability to interpret data accurately for determining appropriate technical actions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, Visual Basic, or Python preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
