Role Overview:
Provide remote support and incident management for traffic safety systems through device troubleshooting, photographic evaluation, and performance optimization. This Field Service Organization role requires strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a 24/7 operational environment.
Location:
Remote position supporting traffic enforcement systems across North America with rotating shift coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and provide corrective action via web-based repair programs and direct communication with field technicians
- Manage and correlate multiple events to single incidents while working with internal and external teams
- Review red-light camera locations including still images and video to ensure equipment functionality and image quality
- Provide expert work order management through driving, following up, and closing assigned trouble tickets
- Communicate with customers and internal teams throughout incident resolution processes
- Adhere to customer-specific procedures and Service Level Agreements while meeting team KPIs
Qualifications:
- 2 years of work experience in customer service, system troubleshooting, or Associate's degree
- Basic to intermediate troubleshooting skills for technical systems
- Microsoft Office proficiency and general computer systems knowledge
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
- Capability to work all shifts in 24/7/365 environment including rotating on-call coverage
- Successful completion of Nlets fingerprinting background assessment
