Role Overview:
Lead full-service operations team managing daily functions within the Event Processing division. Oversee inventory management, staffing levels, and customer service delivery while ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily business operations by monitoring inventory levels and forecasting to ensure adequate staffing for SLA requirements
- Develop and motivate employees through regular communication, coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with team members and facilitate staff meetings and team huddles
- Address escalated customer issues through service recovery activities via phone, email, or in-person communication
- Work with Human Resources to address employee performance and behavior issues in timely manner
- Develop and maintain working relationships with internal departments, customers, and third-party vendors
- Support data entry, mailroom, and evidence package processing activities as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience with startup or team-building experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional relationship building skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
