About GovOS: GovOS provides transaction and compliance software for state and local governments, serving over 800 government agencies across the United States with cloud-based solutions for property, licensing, and tax interactions.

Role Overview: Professional Services Manager will lead implementation delivery, personnel management, and sales support to grow the customer base. This frontline management role coordinates activities between engagement stakeholders while managing a multi-functional team of configuration consultants.

Location: Remote position with state restrictions and up to 25% travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-functional team of configuration consultants implementing software solutions across the United States
• Coordinate pre-sales planning and strategic solutions consulting while working with proposals team to build RFP library
• Review and optimize existing processes through all implementation phases and recommend process updates
• Manage and triage problem incidents impacting team's ability to deliver customer value
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers as management-level escalation path
• Apply project management discipline to drive continuous improvement and process excellence
• Bridge product strategy and implementation as organizational go-to resource
• Manage expenses and time sheets accurately for direct reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years experience in Professional Services within SaaS environment
• 3+ years experience managing direct reports and performance metrics in post-sales customer operations
• Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
• Experience in technical writing and proposal preparation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive presentation ability
• Ability to achieve results through influence in matrixed environment
• Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates

Compensation & Benefits: $115,000 - $125,000 annually plus bonus
