Role Overview: This talent community application targets future public sector-focused positions at RapidSOS. These roles involve collaborating with Emergency Communication Centers, state and local public safety officials, and vendor partners to enhance emergency response capabilities through data integration and location services.

Location: Various locations based on specific role requirements when positions become available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Emergency Communication Centers, state and local public safety officials, and vendor partners on RapidSOS solution implementation
• Represent public safety needs and requirements in product development processes for new data interfaces and services
• Coordinate with state and regional authorities on Location Services and Additional Data Repository opportunities including adoption and training
• Manage initiatives focused on driving new projects, process improvements, and customer experience enhancements
• Support strategic initiatives that contribute to company growth and stakeholder value
• Develop effective strategies, tools, and processes to enhance emergency response capabilities
