Authorium - Integration Architect

About Authorium: Authorium provides an AI-powered workflow platform that modernizes government operations including procurement, grants, legislative review, and budget collaboration with enterprise-grade security compliance including SOC 2, HIPAA, and StateRAMP certifications.

Role Overview: The Integration Architect will establish data integration practices for enterprise government customers, reporting directly to the CEO. This role involves leading customer-facing technical implementations, building standardized integration processes, and developing a team of integration specialists.

Location: Remote position with customer engagement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with government IT teams to understand existing systems and integration requirements
  • Design comprehensive integration architectures connecting Authorium with customer ERPs, databases, and legacy government systems
  • Create detailed data mapping documents, technical specifications, and integration blueprints for complex implementations
  • Establish standardized methodologies for integration discovery, requirements gathering, and implementation processes
  • Manage complex 3-6 month enterprise integration projects from discovery through deployment
  • Develop integration governance standards ensuring security, compliance, and scalability for government requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of enterprise data integration experience with demonstrated technical leadership capabilities
  • 3+ years of customer-facing technical roles leading complex B2B software implementations
  • Expert knowledge of integration platforms such as ETLWorks, Informatica, or Talend with cloud platform experience
  • Experience with ERP systems including SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft, and custom enterprise systems
  • Government technology or public sector experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks including SOC 2, HIPAA, and FedRAMP requirements

Compensation & Benefits: $125,000 - $150,000 annually plus equity options 100% employer-funded medical/dental/vision insurance, flexible PTO, 401K with profit sharing, and home office stipend.
