About Authorium: Authorium is a platform designed to modernize government administrative operations, bringing greater efficiency, compliance, and data insights to government agencies at all levels.

Role Overview: Inside Sales Representative will focus on outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification to generate pipeline growth. The role involves building relationships with decision-makers in government agencies and contractors while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and other sources
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential government clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through regular communication
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase platform value
  • Manage and track sales activities in CRM with accurate, up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales with track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement tools
  • Experience in tech or startup environments preferred
  • Knowledge of government operations and public sector preferred
  • Experience selling to federal, state, or local government agencies a plus
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and contract vehicles preferred

Compensation & Benefits: $130,000 OTE
