Role Overview: You will serve as a skilled and customer-focused Solutions Architect driving solutions to complex public sector challenges. As a technical advisor and subject matter expert to public sector leaders and Authorium internal teams, you'll identify technical requirements and craft optimal solutions for complex use cases to drive customer success while enabling broader business objectives. Your efforts will directly support revenue growth by ensuring solutions align with customer needs and contribute to long-term partnerships, requiring the right balance of flexible technical capabilities and an ability to distill complex technical concepts into easily understood language.

Location: Must be based in Washington DC

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution workshops, manage technical discovery sessions, and guide strategic pilots with customers
• Use technical expertise to develop and recommend solutions that address customer needs, leveraging Authorium's platform to maximize value
• Devise and lead compelling presentations showcasing solution capabilities
• Work closely across Sales, Product, Client Success, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer journey and facilitate deep alignment on technical requirements
• Transfer customer requirements and configuration needs into appropriate documentation to facilitate smooth customer onboarding and provide clear guidance for partner teams

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or solutions architecture
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills with focus on creating simple and effective solutions
• Technical understanding of SQL, APIs, and/or Databases (bonus)
• Experience in SaaS or GovTech sectors preferred

Compensation & Benefits: $90,000 - $140,000 base salary depending on experience + variable commission 100% benefits coverage for employee, 401K profit share plan, flexible PTO, and home office stipend.
