Role Overview: We are seeking an Implementation Manager to support client onboarding, ensuring successful adoption of our Budget Cycle Management platform. The ideal candidate will guide local government and school district clients through implementation, driving customer success and advocacy.

Location: Remote (Central/Eastern US Time Zone)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full client onboarding process from initial setup to training completion
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Develop and execute implementation plans tailored to client goals
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of ClearGov products
• Provide client feedback to product development team
• Collaborate on process improvements

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of SaaS implementation or customer success experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and time management
• Experience with Google Suite, CRM tools preferred
• Local government or school district experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 Benefits include:
