About Verra Mobility: Verra Mobility develops technology-enabled solutions for smart mobility, operating traffic safety systems and processing tolling transactions for government agencies and commercial fleets.

Role Overview: Support Technology and Engineering business leaders as a trusted advisor, making data-driven recommendations to improve employee performance, retention, and experience. Partner with leaders to design and implement HR strategies that foster organizational and people development.

Location: Mesa, Arizona, United States

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations while influencing leaders on culture-aligned decisions
  • Perform employee relations functions including dispute resolution, performance issues, and conduct investigations
  • Assist with talent management activities including compensation reviews, performance evaluations, and development planning
  • Provide coaching to hiring managers and partner with recruiting teams on scalable processes
  • Guide leaders through organizational development, change management, and leadership development initiatives
  • Administer onboarding, employee experience, and learning programs while maintaining client relationships
  • Develop HR projects that support business strategy with rigorous measurement and analysis

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Consultant role
  • Experience supporting client groups of 150+ employees for comprehensive HR matters
  • Background with large organizations ($300M+ revenue) across multiple HR disciplines
  • Proven track record leading employee relations investigations and succession planning
  • Experience implementing performance management, merit processes, and engagement initiatives
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • HR certifications (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
