Role Overview: Lead our product organization through a critical scaling phase, managing a team of 3 Product Managers and 2 Designers while driving product strategy and roadmap execution. Transform our product organization from startup agility to enterprise-grade execution, ensuring consistent delivery on customer commitments while positioning for significant growth.

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, working closely with CEO and core product team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy and vision, owning roadmap alignment with business objectives
• Lead and mentor team of 3 Product Managers and 2 UX/Design professionals
• Partner with Director of Engineering on product-engineering collaboration
• Implement scalable product development processes ensuring predictable delivery
• Engage with enterprise customers to present features and gather strategic feedback

Qualifications:

• 5+ years B2B product management experience with demonstrated career progression
• 3+ years directly leading product management teams (3-10 people)
• Proven track record scaling enterprise software products
• Experience with complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise customer management
• Government technology or public sector experience strongly preferred
• Strong technical background with ability to collaborate with engineering teams
• Process-oriented mindset with experience building scalable product operations

Compensation & Benefits: $230,000-$250,000 based on experience Significant equity options pre-Series B Flexible PTO, 100% employer-funded health insurance, remote work with $500 home office stipend, 401K with profit sharing
