Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Group Manager to lead demand generation efforts, driving pipeline and revenue growth across our government technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage demand generation and events marketing team
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Drive brand awareness and qualified pipeline
- Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams
- Manage marketing budget and program performance
- Optimize marketing strategies based on data insights
- Coordinate partner marketing programs
- Support cross-selling and customer retention efforts
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of B2B/B2G demand generation experience
- 2-3 years of team management experience
- Expertise in multi-channel marketing
- Strong project management skills
- Proven track record of pipeline growth
- Proficiency with marketing technology stacks
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication abilities

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $155,000 - $180,000
