Role Overview: We are seeking a mid-level Experience Partner to manage a portfolio of mid-tier clients, driving implementation, success, and growth across the customer lifecycle.

Location: Remote-first, globally distributed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolio of 30 mid-tier clients ($1.5M - $3M ARR)
  • Participate in pre-sales discovery and solution design
  • Lead implementation and onboarding coordination
  • Conduct strategic program reviews
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Serve as primary client contact
  • Maintain accurate client engagement records
  • Collaborate with internal teams

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years in consulting, customer success, or account management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
  • Understanding of SaaS business models
  • Knowledge of public sector digital transformation
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships
  • Proactive problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • SaaS platform experience
  • Project management background
  • Digital tools expertise
