Role Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level Experience Partner to manage a portfolio of mid-tier clients, driving implementation, success, and growth across the customer lifecycle.
Location:
Remote-first, globally distributed
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage portfolio of 30 mid-tier clients ($1.5M - $3M ARR)
- Participate in pre-sales discovery and solution design
- Lead implementation and onboarding coordination
- Conduct strategic program reviews
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Serve as primary client contact
- Maintain accurate client engagement records
- Collaborate with internal teams
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years in consulting, customer success, or account management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Understanding of SaaS business models
- Knowledge of public sector digital transformation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM and collaboration tools
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships
- Proactive problem-solving skills
