Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Events Marketing Associate to support our field marketing programs, managing logistics for over 70 regional and national conferences annually.

Location: Flexible remote work

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate event logistics from registration to post-event follow-up
• Support sales team event preparation and engagement
• Plan networking activities and prospect engagement opportunities
• Manage event marketing campaigns
• Track and evaluate event performance and ROI
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of marketing or events experience
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Occasional travel (10-15%)

Preferred Skills:

• B2B/B2G marketing experience
• Familiarity with marketing platforms (Salesforce, Marketo)
• SaaS industry knowledge

Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 Benefits include:
