RapidSOS - Enterprise Sales Director

About RapidSOS: RapidSOS provides intelligent safety technology that connects life-saving data from connected devices and applications to over 21,000 public safety agencies across six countries.

Role Overview: Drive new enterprise business by managing the complete sales cycle for Fortune 1000 partners. Develop and execute strategic sales approaches for enterprise segments while working cross-functionally to ensure successful client partnerships.

Location: Remote position with 60% travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and research strategic enterprise targets who communicate with Emergency Services through applications
  • Build relationships within assigned territories to identify new business opportunities
  • Partner with Customer Success team to develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Generate client proposals, action plans, and opportunity strategies for prospective enterprise clients
  • Negotiate terms and close enterprise deals while ensuring smooth handoff to implementation teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify technology viability for public safety applications

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years sales experience with focus on enterprise sales and proven performance track record
  • Experience managing complex Fortune 1000 deals from initial contact through contract closure
  • Self-motivated problem solver with collaborative approach to client relationships
  • Strong communication skills for direct client feedback and organizational improvement
  • Experience with technology sales and startup environments preferred
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time for client meetings and relationship building

Compensation & Benefits: $140,000-$165,000 base salary plus equity options, bonus, and commission Comprehensive benefits package in startup environment
