Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic Director of Sales Operations & Contracts to lead our pricing, quoting, and commercial contract processes, driving efficient sales execution and business growth.
Location:
Hybrid, based in Omaha or Midwest region
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full contract lifecycle for client agreements
- Develop and maintain pricing models and quoting workflows
- Ensure CRM data integrity and sales reporting accuracy
- Coordinate with legal counsel and internal stakeholders
- Build sales infrastructure and operational tools
- Support cross-functional deal execution
- Optimize sales processes and contract management
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in Sales Operations or Contract Management
- Experience with B2B SaaS contract management
- Advanced skills in CRM and quoting tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven track record of sales infrastructure optimization
Preferred Skills:
- Government or utilities industry experience
- Experience with regulated industry contracts
- Salesforce and HubSpot proficiency
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000
