Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic Director of Sales Operations & Contracts to lead our pricing, quoting, and commercial contract processes, driving efficient sales execution and business growth.

Location: Hybrid, based in Omaha or Midwest region

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full contract lifecycle for client agreements
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and quoting workflows
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and sales reporting accuracy
  • Coordinate with legal counsel and internal stakeholders
  • Build sales infrastructure and operational tools
  • Support cross-functional deal execution
  • Optimize sales processes and contract management

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in Sales Operations or Contract Management
  • Experience with B2B SaaS contract management
  • Advanced skills in CRM and quoting tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proven track record of sales infrastructure optimization

Preferred Skills:

  • Government or utilities industry experience
  • Experience with regulated industry contracts
  • Salesforce and HubSpot proficiency
