Role Overview: The Configuration Specialist partners with Product Management, Engineering, and Client Success teams while interacting with clients throughout the implementation process to ensure successful launches. This role involves preparing computer applications, systems, and software for use while providing exceptional customer service.

Location: Remote position with travel up to 25% annually. Cannot hire in: AZ, AK, AR, DE, HI, ID, IN, IA, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, ND, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, VT, WV, WI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, capture, and document business processes and requirements
• Configure, test, and implement business processes and requirements
• Provide onsite and online application training and product demonstrations
• Prepare functional/business requirements and instructional documentation
• Manage assigned project tasks and coordinate resources to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience (Government technology experience preferred)
• Customer-focused engagement experience
• Experience with computer hardware and software
• Strong planning, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with software version control tools
• Availability to travel up to 25% annually
