Role Overview:
We are seeking a Communications Strategist to develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with our mission of making government services more effective and user-friendly.
Location:
Fully remote (limited to specified states)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop communication strategies across digital and print platforms
- Manage project sites, public wikis, and internal documentation
- Coordinate public and participant communications
- Create consistent content across various communication channels
- Support outreach and presentation materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Improve content production workflows
- Align communications with project and company objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of content strategy and writing experience
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with Agile development processes
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Technology or civic tech sector experience
- Government contracting knowledge
- Media relations experience
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $92,000 - $103,000
