About TextMyGov: TextMyGov is a fast-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) startup that specializes in providing government agencies with smart-texting software to connect with their communities. We have over 800 customers nationwide and are growing, helping government agencies engage effectively with their citizens through our texting platform.

Role Overview: You will virtually onboard and train new customers to use our texting software to engage effectively with their citizens, then serve as their primary contact for questions and feedback. This role is essential to customers' success and retention, allowing you to build lasting relationships with clients and team members. You'll collaborate with other Client Relations Specialists in weekly meetings, working with the best customers who follow schedules that require no weekends or nights.

Location: In-person in Logan, Utah

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold virtual meetings to train and set up new customers with our software
  • Prepare customers' accounts to progress them through the setup process
  • Serve as primary contact for customer questions and feedback
  • Regularly check in and manage current accounts
  • Create flyers for customers using templates to increase engagement among citizens
  • Research government agency websites to assist with setup
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, senior management, marketing) to meet customers' needs

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience in tech support or virtual client relations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive)
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused and adaptable
  • Knowledge of government industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits: Salary not specified Health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid maternity and paternity leave after 12 months, paid time off, paid holidays, Roth IRA contribution matching program, and free snacks & drinks. Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
