Role Overview: We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to support our government software applications, provide technical assistance, and ensure customer success through effective training and support.

Location: In-office in Logan, Utah

Schedule:

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for government software applications
  • Resolve client issues via phone and email
  • Conduct training for new customers
  • Track and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for learning new software
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
