About Swiftly: Swiftly is the leading transit data platform helping cities move more efficiently. Over 180 transit agencies in 11 countries – including LA Metro, MARTA, SEPTA, and MBTA – rely on Swiftly to improve on-time performance by up to 40% and increase passenger information accuracy by up to 50%. We provide real-time passenger information, day-to-day operations management, and service performance improvement tools.

Role Overview: This is a general application for various roles at Swiftly. We're growing fast and always posting new opportunities across engineering, product, and other functions. Location: San Francisco, CA and remote positions available

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Building empowered product teams that conceptualize new features and bring them to life
  • Solving problems that enable peers to build, test, deploy, and manage cloud services
  • Working on software that can be understood and extended by teammates
  • Contributing to both team projects and self-directed projects impacting the broader organization
  • Supporting scalable software development using industry best practices
