Role Overview:
Drive high-quality lead development through inbound and outbound prospecting activities. Support Account Executives by booking qualified meetings and serving as the first impression for potential customers in the sales funnel.
Location:
Hybrid position with 3 days per week in Atlanta, GA office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads and conduct outbound prospecting to new prospects
- Research potential customers and reach out through phone and email communications
- Articulate Euna's value proposition and demonstrate product knowledge to prospects
- Collaborate with Account Executives to fill pipeline with qualified leads
- Secure qualified sales leads by engaging in conversations to understand customer goals
- Achieve quota targets for meetings held, meetings booked, and qualified leads generated
Qualifications:
- Relevant education or experience in sales position (B2C or B2B capacity)
- Understanding of SaaS industry with demonstrated persistence in follow-up activities
- Track record of meeting goals and objectives in previous roles
- Strong qualifying and relationship-building skills with customer focus
- Drive for continuous improvement with examples of process enhancement
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- CRM or Salesforce experience preferred
