Role Overview:
Lead regional sales efforts across public and private sectors to build sustainable, technology-enabled mobility frameworks. Identify opportunities and generate new business in assigned territory while carrying revenue quota responsibilities.
Location:
Regional territory-based position in Chicago; Detroit; St. Louis; Columbus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective partners and build revenue-generating relationships with elected officials and private-sector leaders
- Lead full-cycle sales execution and strategy across assigned territory to improve transit services
- Navigate complex buying landscapes using analytical skills to build compelling, data-driven business cases
- Serve as thought partner to prospects by consulting on regional transit plans and funding mechanisms
- Champion company mission as regional representative through marketing campaigns, conference speaking, and thought leadership
Qualifications:
- 8+ years client-facing experience in Sales, Business Development, or Consulting with proven achievement record
- Strong consultative sales process skills with ability to use data for compelling narrative development
- Research and analytical abilities for complex problem-solving in new environments
- Excellent communication skills for customer conversations, presentations, and written proposals
- Commercial intuition and judgment for maximizing deal value through strategic negotiations
- Self-motivated growth mentality with ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
Compensation & Benefits:
$125,000-$165,000 annually
