Role Overview: Reporting to the Staffing Manager, you will drive daily tasks associated with staffing a growing professional services firm. This role involves executing Nava's matrixed staffing model while providing analysis and recommendations to delivery leadership for improved efficiency.

Location: Remote position available in: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, DC, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full process of role creation, posting, and staffing for government projects
  • Maintain accurate records of staffing cliffs, current allocations, and open roles
  • Work with program management to understand project staffing needs and constraints
  • Collaborate with Delivery Operations to manage bench operations and forecast staffing
  • Implement and document new staffing management tools and processes
  • Communicate with external teaming partners about staffing opportunities
  • Identify hard-to-fill roles and take proactive actions to fill them timely
  • Create and present staffing reports for upper management
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and Authority to Hire activities
  • Support practices, Business Development, and People Operations in staffing decisions

Qualifications:

  • Experience in staffing or operations roles at professional services organizations
  • Experience with internal resource management teams
  • Experience supporting software delivery teams in operational roles
  • Government client experience (state or federal) preferred
  • Experience with Workday, Google Suite, Atlassian suite, and project management tools preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with empathetic approach
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Compensation & Benefits: $114,300 - $127,000 annually Comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) match (4%), annual performance bonus, parental leave, sabbatical leave after continuous service, and professional development budget.
